Programs

The Central Massachusetts Housing Alliance (CMHA) administers a comprehensive array of programs, including homelessness prevention, affordable homeownership, and support services for older homeowners. CMHA plays a vital leadership role and serves as the primary convener in coordinated efforts to strengthen the regional homeless service delivery system and to expand and preserve the stock of affordable housing.

At the core of CMHA’s mission is a commitment to addressing the root causes of housing instability. Rather than focusing solely on the continued expansion of services, CMHA seeks to reduce long-term reliance on such services by fostering sustainable solutions that promote lasting housing stability.
