Get Involved
At CMHA, we believe that community support is essential in addressing homelessness and promoting housing stability. Whether you're looking to volunteer your time, donate resources, or advocate for change, there are numerous ways you can make a meaningful impact.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are at the heart of our mission. Each year, over 350 individuals contribute their time and talents to support our programs and events. Here are some ways you can get involved:
WALK for the Homeless: Join us for our annual event. Volunteer roles include face painting, route marshaling, setup and cleanup, and staffing water stations.
Housewarming Baskets: Help clients transitioning from shelters by assembling housewarming baskets filled with essential items.
Donation Drives: Organize drives for hygiene products, diapers, or outdoor living supplies to support those in need.

WALK for the Homeless
Thank You for Making the 2025 Walk a Success!
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us on Sunday, May 18, 2025, for this year’s annual Walk for Homelessness Prevention. Thanks to your generosity and support, we raised an amazing $80,000 to help fund critical housing services and support families in need.
Whether you walked, donated, or fundraised, your commitment made a real impact. Together, we’re one step closer to ending homelessness in our community.
Thank you for walking with us!
