Lynn Millette

Vice President of Family Shelter Programming

Lynn Millette is a dedicated housing and social services professional with over two decades of experience in addressing homelessness and supporting vulnerable populations. Since joining the Central Massachusetts Housing Alliance (CMHA) in 2006, she has progressively advanced through various leadership roles. Currently, as the Vice President of Family Shelter Programming, Lynn manages the Family Shelter Program portfolio, including HomeBASE and Diversion programming, which is contracted with the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC).

Prior to her arrival that CMHA, she had graduated from Westfield State College with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. Her initial work experience working alongside youth and families at the Department of Social Services (now DCF), teen programming through the Oxford Public Schools and the Worcester Housing Authority’s Transitional Housing Program, a program facilitated by Department of Housing and Community Development, grew her passion to focus her work with families.

Alongside her professional career, Lynn has been actively involved in community service, serving on the Board of Directors for the Dudley Housing Authority since June 2013 as a DHCD/EOHLC appointee. This commitment reflects her passion for promoting housing stability and enhancing community resources for folks in need.
