Jessica Cox Valade
Vice President of Operations
Jessica Cox Valade serves as the Vice President of Operations at the Central Massachusetts Housing Alliance (CMHA), where she leads the organization’s daily operations and oversees key programs, including Prevention Services, the Donations Clearinghouse, and the Elder Home Repair and Maintenance program. With over 20 years of service to CMHA, Jessica has held various roles within the organization, 15 of which have been in leadership positions.
Her long tenure at CMHA is a testament to her dedication and passion for the organization's mission. She credits her success and continued growth to supportive leadership, an exceptional team, a strong organizational culture, and a deep commitment to the mission, vision, and values that define CMHA.
Jessica holds an associate degree from Quinsigamond Community College and a BA in Communications with a concentration in electronic media from Worcester State University. In 2021, she earned the credential of Human Resource Professional from WSU, further enhancing her expertise in the field.
