Case workers

Since 1985 the DCH has been providing donated furniture and household goods to families referred by shelters, neighborhood centers and health and human services agencies.  Since its inception, the DCH has assisted more than 11,683 families and individuals with household items and over the past year we have assisted over 1000 individuals, thanks to your efforts.

These numbers are impressive, but through a recent review we found some gaps in providing your clients with a better service. Our goal is to serve your clients in a more comprehensive way.   We are hoping that our new system will allow us to serve your clients needs more effectively and efficiently and in some cases provide additional prevention and support services if there appears to be a need.
