Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) HMIS is a strategy to collect and manage information on clients served throughout Worcester County. It is part of a much larger Federal project to accurately report on homelessness in America. Find support sites at our HMIS Resources page. The center piece of the HUD funded project is a web-based information system that is focused on collecting accurate, non-duplicate data on the homeless and near-homeless. The Worcester County Continuum of Care uses ETO Software as our HMIS vendor. You can find our login page to ETO Software here. Support Our HMIS Training Coordinator is Carl Baniszewski.
